 Design

  • Definition of design scope and criteria for the needed disciplines
  • Selection of suitable consultants providing design services.
  • Coordination of design phases to ensure functionality of multi-disciplinary design objects
  • Organization of design check and approval procedure

Procurement

  • Making of procurement plan
  • Definition of long lead items
  • Preparation of tender documents
  • Assistance in tendering procedures
  • Tender evaluation
  • Compiling of contract documents
  • Assistance in contract negotiations
